Student Account

The Student Account functions include:

• Electronic billing and collection of student fees (tuition, room, board, other fees)
• Tuition and fee payments
• Student financial aid residual refunds
• Customer service with student account analysis and counseling assistance for tuition bill payment

KAPT Forms

Forms for Kentucky's Affordable Prepaid Tuition program should be emailed to Student Account Services at SBSAccounting@uky.edu.

GradGuard

In order to serve you better, please provide the student ID number and security passcode when you call or email.  The passcode is established by the student on myUK > myInfo > myPasscode.

Students enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours are eligible for a book voucher from UK Barnes & Noble bookstore.  Visit the bookstore with your student ID and charge up to $750.00 each fall and spring ($500.00 for summer) semester to your student account for your books and supplies.  Bookstore charges will be added to your monthly account statement and paid with financial aid awards if applicable.
